PTH Client Privacy Notice
Please read the sections relevant to how you use PTH.
← Privacy Policy1. Who this notice covers
Best Choice Enterprise operates Part-Time Hub (PTH). This notice covers prospects, applicants, customers and individuals whose information is provided for a personal or business application. It applies to Hunter referrals, public referral forms, Super Closer (SC) QR enquiry forms, Client Forms, follow-up messages and customer documents. Account-user information is covered by the separate User Privacy Notice.
2. Information and sources
We process your name, phone numbers, email, enquiry and preferred plan; where needed for an application, IC or passport details and copies, company name and registration details, occupation, installation address, supporting documents and application remarks. We also process case progress, provider responses, relevant service or financial records, communications and notice acknowledgement records. Sources include you, a Hunter you have agreed may refer you, the Closer handling your application, authorised representatives, service providers and their authorised support teams.
3. Hunter referrals and first contact
A Hunter should inform you about the referral and obtain your agreement to be referred and contacted before submitting your details. PTH uses the referral to arrange relevant follow-up. The Closer shares this notice when collecting further information. If you did not request or agree to a referral, contact us so we can review it. Providing the notice and establishing a lawful basis for processing remain necessary even where no checkbox is used in the internal lead form.
4. Public referral and SC QR enquiries
These forms collect contact details and your enquiry so our team can contact you about the offer you requested. Name and phone are required for follow-up; optional email and notes may be omitted. SC QR enquiries go to Admin first for handling and assignment. Ticking the acknowledgement confirms you have been presented with this notice. It does not give blanket permission for unrelated uses or marketing.
5. Client Form and application documents
The Client Form allows you to review or complete application details and provide requested documents. Required fields and documents are identified in the form. Without information needed by PTH or the provider, we may be unable to verify or submit the application. Optional details may be omitted. Please provide only relevant documents, check that details are accurate and make sure you are authorised to supply another person’s information. Submitting requests processing of the application you have chosen; unrelated processing needs its own lawful basis.
6. Purpose and lawful processing
We use information to answer your enquiry, verify identity and eligibility, check relevant service availability, coordinate and submit your application, arrange installation or service, resolve issues, maintain accurate records, prevent fraud and meet legal or accounting requirements. Processing relies on your consent or an applicable legal basis, including steps you request towards a contract or performance of a contract. Sensitive personal data, if required, is subject to the additional legal conditions that apply. We do not use client information for marketing activities.
7. Who may receive information
Relevant information may be disclosed to the provider selected for your application and its authorised verification or support teams, including telcos such as Unifi, Maxis, CelcomDigi and U Mobile, and other service partners such as Astro where relevant. Authorised PTH staff handle enquiries, applications, verification and financial administration according to their duties. Assigned external support Visitors may view documents needed to verify or resolve their assigned case. We also use hosting and cloud providers including Supabase, communication providers and professional advisers. Information may be supplied to regulators or law-enforcement bodies when required or permitted by law. We do not sell your data.
8. Security and overseas processing
We use practical security safeguards and limit access according to operational duties and case assignments. Customer documents use private storage and controlled access. Providers may process information outside Malaysia; transfers must meet applicable Malaysian requirements and appropriate safeguards. Viewing a document does not prevent screenshots or recall copies already received. Protect your private Client Form link and report suspected misuse. Where legally required, we report breaches and notify affected people.
9. Retention and deletion
We keep information only while needed for its documented operational purpose, disputes or legal and accounting requirements. Client records inactive for 24 months from the last meaningful case activity are flagged for manual review; they are not automatically deleted. Super Admin reviews deletion and retention decisions. Records still required for lawful purposes are retained; information no longer needed is subject to controlled disposal. A request to delete information does not automatically remove records we must lawfully keep.
10. Your choices and privacy requests
Email support_parttimehub@bcesbhmy.com to request access or correction, withdraw consent, ask to limit processing, request deletion or exercise applicable data-portability rights. We verify identity and assess requests under applicable law, including exceptions and response deadlines. Some information is necessary to proceed with an application; withdrawal or limits may prevent processing or service. We will explain the effect and any lawful retention requirements. Please tell us if your details change.
11. Notice updates and acknowledgement
New public enquiries and Client Form submissions record acknowledgement of the relevant notice version, the time and collection source. Existing clients receive notice of relevant updates without a blanket re-acknowledgement exercise for unchanged processing. If a change requires new consent, notification or acknowledgement alone does not replace it. Privacy acknowledgement is separate from application authorisation, provider terms and commission or recovery terms.
