1. Who this notice covers
Best Choice Enterprise operates Part-Time Hub (PTH). This notice covers registered Hunters, Closers, Super Closers, Visitors, Admins, Finance users and Super Admins, including account registration, bank setup and use of PTH. Customer and prospect information is explained in the separate Client Privacy Notice.
2. Information and sources
We process information you provide, including your name, contact details, account and referral identifiers, role, profile, bank name, account number and account-holder name. We also process referrals, assignments, activity, commission and payment records, support communications, notice acknowledgements and technical records needed to operate and secure PTH. Information may come from you, authorised account administrators, referral and case workflows, payment records and service providers.
3. Registration and bank setup
Account details are used to register and verify users, assign roles and provide access. Bank details are used to verify payout information and make authorised payments. Required fields are identified at collection; without essential account details we may be unable to create or maintain your account, and without valid payment details we may be unable to pay you. Optional information may be omitted unless a particular service requires it.
4. How we use information
We use information to operate accounts and referrals; coordinate cases and support; calculate, review and pay commissions; maintain financial records; investigate errors, misuse or suspected fraud; protect the platform; meet legal obligations; and improve service reliability. Processing relies on consent or an applicable basis permitted by Malaysian law, such as steps you request towards a contract, performance of a contract or legal obligations. We do not treat acknowledgement of this notice as blanket consent.
5. Who may receive information
Information is made available to authorised PTH personnel according to their duties, including Finance and Super Admin for payments. Relevant information may be disclosed to banks and payment providers, approved telco or other service partners, hosting and cloud providers including Supabase, communication and support providers, professional advisers, regulators and law-enforcement bodies where required or permitted by law. These recipients receive information for the relevant purpose; we do not sell personal data or disclose it for third-party marketing.
6. Security and overseas processing
We use practical safeguards, including access controls, private document storage where applicable and encrypted connections. Service providers may process information outside Malaysia. Such transfers must follow applicable Malaysian requirements and appropriate safeguards. No system is completely secure. Keep your credentials private, use authorised devices and promptly report suspected misuse to our support email.
7. Retention
We retain information only while it is needed for account operations, payments, disputes, security or legal and accounting obligations. Retention depends on the record and its purpose; account closure does not necessarily remove records that must still be retained. Records no longer needed are subject to controlled disposal. A deletion request is reviewed rather than automatically deleting financial or legally required records.
8. Your choices and requests
Contact support_parttimehub@bcesbhmy.com to request access or correction, withdraw consent, ask to limit processing, request deletion or exercise applicable data-portability rights. We verify identity and consider each request under applicable law, including legal exceptions and response deadlines. Withdrawal or limits may affect services requiring that information; we will explain the practical effect. Please keep your account and payment details accurate.
9. Updates, acknowledgement and separate terms
Major notice updates require registered users to acknowledge the relevant version at their next login. Minor wording updates are notified without a new acknowledgement. We record the notice version, acknowledgement time and collection source. Where changed processing requires fresh consent, acknowledgement alone is insufficient. Commission, fraud, recovery and other commercial terms are separate from this notice. Where legally required, we report personal data breaches and notify affected people.
